Built in 1975 and designed by Ralph D. Anderson & Partners, Lake Villas is comprised of sixty 2- and 3-bedroom homes in 10 buildings. The complex features a beautifully landscaped grass center with ample walking space, surrounded by majestic Douglas Firs.
Located on the shores of Lake Sammamish between Marymoor and Idylwood Parks, Lake Villas is only one mile from the Microsoft main campus and 2.5 miles from Redmond Town Center. With easy access to Interstate 520, it's a quick ride away from Bellevue and Seattle.
Clubhouse and Pool
Residents and their guests enjoy access to our community clubhouse, pool, and hot tub.
Our clubhouse features a sauna, workout room, and a spacious area that residents may reserve for private parties.

Dock and Lake Access
Bring your boat for beautiful summers out on Lake Sammamish, where down by the water we enjoy frequent visits from bald eagles and great blue herons.
Deeded and rental boat moorage is available, as well as a community kayak rack.
